The pause point
Rest two fingers gently between your eyebrows for around 30 seconds, breathing slowly. A small, grounding pause between whatever comes next.
Release the neck
Cup your hands at the base of your skull, thumbs meeting your spine, and breathe out slowly as you let your head tip gently back. A welcome release after holding tension anywhere in your day.
A scent reset
Keep a favourite essential oil close by, many people find peppermint or bergamot helpful. A drop in the palms, hands cupped over your nose, a few slow breaths. A small, sensory pause, wherever you happen to be.
A gentle note: these are simple, everyday practices - not medical advice. If you're managing a health condition, please check with a professional before trying something new.
"After 25 years helping some of the world's most respected spa and wellness brands look after their guests, I wanted to build somewhere that looks after the people behind the scenes too, including you."Emma Astell, Founder, Thrive Wellness Strategies
