Across twenty five years I have helped develop six luxury spa concepts and supported their implementation across more than 150 properties, including the Ritz-Carlton Spa with ESPA and Marriott, AWAY Spa for W Hotels with Comfort Zone, and the St. Regis Spa with Marriott and Sothys.
What that work taught me is that a concept comes alive in the detail, and the detail is delivered by people. Develop the people and everything else follows.
